  • CRM Data: Contact records, notes, tasks, appointments, tags, custom fields, and other data stored in a GoHighLevel CRM account that our AI Systems may access, read, or modify on your behalf.

  • Device: Any device that can access our Services, such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.

  • Personal Data: Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Service: Our websites (thrivenowmedia.com, callremi.ai), applications, AI voice assistants, automation systems, consulting sessions, and any related products or services offered by Thrive Now Media.

  • GoHighLevel API credentials and Location ID (for users of Remi and AI automation services)

  • Voice recordings and transcripts from interactions with Remi or other AI voice systems, where applicable

  • Responses to intake forms and booking questionnaires

2.2 Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when you access our Service. This may include your device's IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. When you access our Service via a mobile device, we may also collect your mobile device type, operating system, and mobile browser type.

2.3 CRM and AI System Data

For users of Remi and our AI automation services, we access CRM data in your GoHighLevel account solely for the purpose of executing the actions you request via voice or automation. This includes reading and writing contact records, notes, tasks, appointments, and related fields. We do not store your CRM data on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete the requested action. We do not use your CRM data for any purpose other than delivering the Services you have contracted for.

2.4 Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies including beacons, tags, and scripts to track activity on our Service and improve our systems. Types of cookies we use:

  • Necessary / Essential Cookies (Session): Required to provide core website functionality and authenticate users. Cannot be disabled without affecting Service availability.

4. SMS Communications and A2P Compliance

Thrive Now Media sends SMS messages through registered A2P (Application-to-Person) channels in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and carrier A2P 10DLC registration requirements.

4.1 Types of SMS Messages We Send

  • Transactional Messages: Appointment confirmations, booking reminders (24-hour and 1-hour), reschedule notifications, cancellation confirmations, and payment receipts. These messages are sent based on your booking activity and do not require separate marketing consent.

  • Marketing Messages: Promotional communications about new services, offers, and updates. These are sent only where you have provided explicit written consent separate from transactional consent.

4.2 Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any Thrive Now Media booking form or landing page, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from Thrive Now Media at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any Service.

4.3 Message Frequency and Rates

  • Transactional messages: Frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Typically 2-4 messages per booking (confirmation, 24-hour reminder, 1-hour reminder, and follow-up if applicable).

  • Marketing messages: Frequency varies. Typically no more than 4 messages per month.

  • Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

4.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. To opt back in, reply START or contact us directly.

4.6 Mobile Number Data Policy

We utilize the mobile numbers you provide solely for Thrive Now Media's direct communications as described in this section.

WE DO NOT SELL, rent, lease, or otherwise share your mobile phone number with any third parties for their independent marketing, promotional, or lead generation purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors supporting our service delivery (such as customer service providers) is permitted under strict data processing agreements. All other use cases exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

4.7 Consent Record Retention

We retain records of SMS consent including the date, time, method of consent, and the specific language presented to you at the time of opt-in. These records are maintained in compliance with TCPA requirements and are available for audit upon regulatory request.

5. How We Share Your Data

  • Service Providers: We share data with third-party service providers who process data on our behalf to deliver our Services. These include GoHighLevel (CRM platform), Vapi (voice AI infrastructure), Anthropic (AI language model), N8N (automation), Deepgram (voice transcription), Stripe (payment processing), Zoom (video conferencing), and similar platforms. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and may only use your data to deliver the contracted services.

  • Analytics and Advertising Platforms: We share data with Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel for analytics and advertising measurement. These platforms may collect data via cookies and similar technologies. You can manage your preferences at Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com) and Facebook Ad Settings (facebook.com/ads/preferences).

Our Service integrates with and may contain links to third-party platforms and websites including GoHighLevel, Vapi, Anthropic, Meta, Google, Stripe, Zoom, and others. These services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Thrive Now Media is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services. Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. Thrive Now Media is not liable for outages, changes, or policy modifications made by third-party platforms that affect Service delivery.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or industry practices.
