We design, build, and deploy AI voice assistants, CRM automation systems, marketing automation, and custom AI agent solutions, with a primary focus on the real estate industry and businesses operating on the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. Our products include Remi, an AI voice CRM assistant available at callremi.ai.

Thrive Now Media provides the following categories of services:
AI Voice Assistants: Custom-built AI voice agents integrated with GoHighLevel CRM and other platforms, including the Remi product line.
CRM Automation: Design, build, and deployment of GoHighLevel automation systems, workflows, pipelines, and integrations.
AI Strategy Consulting: Paid one-on-one consulting sessions including the AI Strategy Session, during which Alex Aguirre provides diagnostic analysis and a prioritized AI and automation roadmap.
Marketing Automation: Lead generation systems, follow-up sequences, funnel builds, and related marketing technology services.
Partner and Reseller Programs: White-label and revenue share arrangements for GHL agencies, brokers, and team leaders deploying Remi or related solutions at scale.
Digital Products and Training: Courses, templates, documentation, and educational materials related to AI and automation.
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement.
Users must register with accurate details and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
All fees for Services are displayed at the point of purchase and are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors including Stripe and PayPal. Thrive Now Media does not store payment card information directly.
Payments are subject to applicable taxes as required by law.
Recurring subscription services will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date in accordance with our cancellation procedures.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for accounts with unpaid fees.
Pricing for all Services is subject to change. Existing subscribers will be given advance notice of pricing changes prior to their next billing cycle.
AI Strategy Sessions are paid consulting engagements. Your booking reserves Alex Aguirre's time and triggers session preparation. The following terms apply to all paid consulting sessions:
Full refund: Cancellation requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.
Reschedule only, no refund: Cancellation requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. The session fee may be applied toward a rescheduled session, available once at no additional charge.
Forfeited, no refund, no reschedule: Failure to attend the session without prior cancellation notice (no-show). The full session fee is forfeited.
Rescheduling: One reschedule is permitted at no charge if requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. A second reschedule request requires rebooking at the full current session price.
By completing payment and booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
Due to the custom nature of AI voice assistant configuration, provisioning, and deployment:
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellations of active subscriptions take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until the period ends.

For custom development engagements, refund terms are defined in the individual project agreement or Statement of Work. In the absence of a written agreement:
Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work on that milestone has commenced.
Disputes regarding project deliverables must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery.
All digital product sales are final. No refunds are issued for courses, templates, or downloadable materials once access has been granted.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Thrive Now Media to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately upon receipt of a chargeback notice and to dispute the chargeback with documented evidence of service delivery and agreed-upon terms.
Certain Services require you to provide API credentials, access tokens, or similar authentication for third-party platforms including GoHighLevel. By providing these credentials, you:
Authorize Thrive Now Media to access and interact with your CRM data solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed Services.
Acknowledge that AI voice assistants and automation systems may create, read, update, or delete records in your CRM based on voice commands or automation triggers.
Accept that Thrive Now Media is not liable for data changes resulting from ambiguous voice commands, user error, or system latency.
Are responsible for maintaining the security of your API credentials and revoking access when Services are terminated.
Thrive Now Media will never share, sell, or use your CRM data for any purpose other than delivering the Services you have contracted for.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications including appointment reminders, transactional messages, and where separately consented, marketing communications.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support or call 866-995-8515.
Thrive Now Media complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), A2P 10DLC regulations, and applicable carrier guidelines. Explicit consent records are retained.

Users may not reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, modify, or distribute any Thrive Now Media intellectual property without prior written authorization.
Client-provided data, content, and materials remain the property of the client. By engaging our Services, clients grant Thrive Now Media a limited license to use such materials solely for delivering the contracted Services.
Partner and reseller arrangements that include white-labeling rights are governed by the specific terms of the applicable partner agreement.
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Vapi, Anthropic, N8N, Deepgram, Stripe, Zoom, and Meta. Thrive Now Media is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms unless expressly stated.
Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. Thrive Now Media is not liable for outages, changes, or policy modifications made by third-party platforms that affect Service delivery.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by the User for Services during the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thrive Now Media, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Riverside County, California. Each party will bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Thrive Now Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to our business, clients, or systems.
Users may terminate their engagement by contacting [email protected]. Termination does not entitle the user to a refund except as provided in Section 7.
Upon termination, access to all Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
