The Moment That Changed Everything
I started in real estate the way most agents did—cold calling, door knocking, burning through time and money with little to show for it. I was told, "This is the way." But that path almost broke me—and I saw it nearly break my wife, Nikki, too.
One night, I came home and found her in tears, worn out by outdated tactics that stole her energy, confidence and joy.
That moment changed everything. I knew there had to be a better way—so I built it.
With my background in Business and Marketing, I dove headfirst into online strategies, not just to generate leads—but to truly understand what makes buyers and sellers take action and improve conversions.
I discovered the power of relevant emotional messaging, DISC profiling, and automation to create conversion systems that actually work, and began to convert online leads at 5-7% rate.
I was asked to share what I learned with other agents at our EXIT office.
It was then that I realized something deeper:

Trying to bounce back from job loss.
Trying to hold it all together.
This is a last effort to make something happen.
That really hit home for me—because I grew up watching my own mother struggle with the same challenges after my father left.
