Like many agents, Alex Aguirre started his real estate career by doing everything the industry said he “should”—cold calling, door knocking, open houses.

The breaking point came when his wife, Nikki—his partner in life and business—was brought to tears after yet another day of rejection and exhaustion.
They were down to their last $7,500, new to the area, with no clients, and no clear path forward. What they did have was a decision to make:
fade out like the 90% who don’t make it… or rewrite the rules.
Alex chose to learn. He immersed himself in the world of online marketing and began applying his college training in business strategy.
Slowly, a new model emerged—one based not on outdated tactics but on clarity, automation, and the psychology of what makes buyers and sellers take action.
He learned how to generate leads not just efficiently, but authentically—and more importantly, how to manage them without burning out.
Before AI was mainstream, Alex was already building intelligent systems—combining marketing automation with platforms like GoHighLevel and ActiveCampaign.
Later, he earned his full-stack development certification to deepen his understanding of systems integration and automation. This allowed him and Nikki to scale their business lean and effectively—without massive overhead or hiring sprees.
As word spread, agents started asking: “Alex, how are you doing this?” What began as informal help turned into a calling.
Over two decades, Alex saw the same story repeat: good agents failing because the traditional playbook was broken—and brokerages weren’t equipped to teach marketing or tech.
So he founded Thrive Now Media—not just to offer tools, but to offer hope. To give solo agents a clear, strategic roadmap to succeed through AI-powered systems.
To help them reclaim their time, rebuild their confidence, and finally build the legacy they came into real estate for in the first place.
